MasterCare was established by healthcare professionals
with the goal of allowing seniors the means to live in their own home,
retirement community, assisted living or skilled nursing facility. We
are locally owned and operated so you can be assured you and /or your
loved one will receive quality care, as you will be working directly with
the owners of the company!
MasterCare is owned and operated by Jennifer Krueger
and Shanna Plemmons.
Shanna Plemmons is the head of finance
and staffing for MasterCare in Home Services. She spends careful
time and consideration finding and training qualified caregivers
for MasterCare clients.
Shanna has worked in skilled nursing facilities
for the past 12 years, in positions ranging from caregiver to office
manager. Her many years of experience have provided her with a deep
understanding of the needs and emotional well-being of her clients.
Her experience also provides her with an intimate understanding
of the frustrating details of insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and
private billing rules.
Born and raised in Washington, Shanna lives
with her son Jeremy, daughter Michelle, dog Kenda, a cat, and a
beautiful saltwater fish tank.
When she isn't improving the quality of life
for MasterCare clients, her favorite thing to do is hike the many
fabulous places Washington has to offer.

Jennifer Krueger is the head of marketing and
business development for MasterCare in Home Services. She spreads
the word about the quality of MasterCare's services, and ensures
that the unique needs of every client are provided for.
Jennifer has a Bachelor's degree in social
work and psychology from the University of Montana and 5 years of
field experience. Her career began in a nursing facility, followed
by a position matching at-risk youth with mentors for Big Brothers
and Sisters of Missoula, MT.
After migrating to The Emerald City with her
husband and dogs, Abby and Tiger, Jennifer became the head social
worker for a long-term care facility, eventually moving into a position
as the head of marketing. It is this valuable knowledge and experience
that she brings to MasterCare.
When she isn't improving the quality of life
for MasterCare clients, she enjoys fixing up her house, training
for triathlons, reading, camping, and spending time with her husband
and dogs.
